About the Opportunity Reporting to the Property Manager, this person will be responsible for managing and distributing information within an office. This generally includes answering phones, greeting office visitors, ordering office supplies, preparing memorandums, maintaining files and performing other general clerical duties. He or she may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting residents and vendors. Specifically, the Administrative Assistant will possess the following:
